David is very personable and is totally willing to give of himself and his personal time to deal with a plain citizen like me. We talked on the phone for close to an hour. I was very impressed by David, his availability, the way he answered my questions, and his knowledge of the issues and ideas to resolve them. I agree with another commentator who said that David is "the real deal". We need a lot of "Davids" in Washington right now!
